Everything BusyBoard does
The whole product on one page. BusyBoard shows people when you're free — never what you're doing — and everything below builds on that one idea.
Your calendars, in one place
- Multi-calendar merge
- Connect several Google and Outlook accounts — work, client, personal. Busy times from all of them combine into one availability, so you never double-book across accounts.
- Calendar mirroring (cross-calendar sync)
- Mirror events between your own connected calendars so each one blocks the others — as busy-only placeholders, or with full details on Pro. BusyBoard is a pass-through and stores no event content. Your first mirrored pair is free.
- Working hours
- Set your hours per weekday. Time outside them automatically shows as unavailable everywhere — your share page, bookings, and mutual-time searches — so nobody proposes Sunday morning.
Sharing your availability
The core privacy promise is structural, not a setting: anyone you share with sees when you're busy — never event titles, attendees, descriptions, or locations.
- Your availability link
- One link that shows your live free/busy week. Recipients need no account, see it in their own timezone, and it's always current — no more typing out times that go stale.
- Booking
- Visitors on your share page can pick a free slot within your working hours. Requests wait for your approval by default (instant booking is a Pro option), and the confirmed event lands on your real calendar with the invitation sent by Google or Outlook. Free plan includes 5 approved bookings a month.
- Availability snippet
- A paste-anywhere text summary of your week's free windows with your link attached — for email replies, signatures, and chat messages.
Scheduling with other people
- Group overlay
- Stack several people's calendars in one week view and see the mutual gaps instantly. Groups let you save the sets of people you schedule with often.
- Cross-company connections
- Anyone who opens your link can merge their own calendar with yours — even from another company on a different calendar system. Agency-to-client or company-to-company scheduling without shared infrastructure.
- Find a Time
- Ask for a slot of a given length across any set of people; BusyBoard computes the options, respecting everyone's working hours, hidden calendars, and timezones.
- Event scheduling
- On Pro, create the event right from the merged view — it lands on your calendar with invitees attached, and their responses flow back.
AI & automation
- Connect your AI
- A hosted MCP endpoint lets Claude and other AI assistants read your availability, find mutual times, and propose bookings on your behalf — proposals always wait in your approval queue. Read access is free; see the agent guide.
- Agent-readable share links
- Your share link doubles as structured data: an AI (or any program) can fetch it as JSON directly — no separate API, no extra credentials beyond the link itself.
- REST API & CLI
- A versioned API with scoped keys and a terminal CLI for everything above — API documentation.
What's free, what's paid
The free plan is a complete product: 2 calendars, your share link, approval-first booking (5 approvals a month), one mirrored calendar pair, groups, and read access for AI agents. Pro (€9.90/$9.90 a month, taxes included) removes the caps and adds event scheduling, instant booking, full-details mirroring, real-time sync, and an 8-week view. Details on the pricing page.
