Do I need to pay to join an organization?
No. Joining an organization is always free. The organization plan is paid by the org owner when the team grows past 3 members.
What happens when my org hits 4 members?
The owner will be prompted to choose a Team plan (10, 30, or 100 members) before adding the 4th member. All org features remain the same — you just unlock more member slots.
Can I be in multiple organizations?
Yes! You can be a member of unlimited organizations. Each org is billed independently. This is great for agencies and freelancers who work with multiple clients.
What's the difference between Pro and Organization?
They're independent. Pro is your individual plan — it unlocks event scheduling, real-time sync, unlimited calendars, and more. Organization is for group collaboration — it gives everyone in the org mutual visibility.
Can I try Pro for free?
You can use BusyBoard for free with 2 calendars, unlimited connections, and 2-week forward view. When you're ready to schedule events and unlock more, upgrade to Pro — cancel anytime.
