BusyBoard only shares free/busy time blocks. Event titles, descriptions, attendees, and locations are never visible to others. Calendar tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Calendar syncing stores only busy time blocks — start time, end time, and whether you've accepted the event. Titles, descriptions, attendees, and locations are not stored during sync. The calendar permission you grant does allow reading event details, and BusyBoard uses that only for features you invoke on your own data: viewing your own event details in the app, and mirroring full-detail copies between your own calendars (a live pass-through — nothing stored). Other people only ever see free/busy.
BusyBoard supports Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. The free plan syncs your events every 10 minutes; Pro syncs every 5 minutes plus real-time updates via calendar push notifications.
