BusyBoard is a free scheduling tool for sharing availability and finding mutual free time without exposing calendar details. Users connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook accounts and their busy blocks become visible to teammates while event titles, attendees, and other details stay completely private. BusyBoard includes a shared week view for groups, a Find a Time feature that works across multiple people, public availability pages anyone can view without an account, and configurable working hours. Share your availability with a single link — recipients see when you are free without needing a BusyBoard account. Upcoming features include a Slack bot for finding meeting times directly in Slack and a mobile app for scheduling on the go. BusyBoard offers a free plan with 2 active calendars and unlimited connections. The Pro plan adds event scheduling, unlimited calendars, real-time sync, an 8-week forward view, and unlimited groups. Features
Work uses Google. A client runs on Outlook. And then there’s the family calendar. Connect them all — merge your busy times into a single view of when you’re actually free.
Stack your team’s availability on a single view. Instantly see where schedules collide — and where everyone’s free. No more ‘When works for you?’ threads.
Share your board with a client, a recruiter, or your mom. They don’t see why you’re busy, only when you’re free. Oh, and they don’t need an account.
Set your working hours per day. Time outside those hours is automatically blocked — so nobody tries to book your Sunday morning or Friday evening.
BusyBoard shares one thing: whether you’re free or busy. Event titles, attendees or notes — none of it leaves your calendar. Not to teammates. Not to anyone.
Join → Connect → Share. Sign up, link your Google or Outlook calendar, and share your availability with anyone — all in under a minute.
